This spectacular setting provides a unique backdrop for climbing and adventure experiences that encourage teamwork, communication and shared achievement in a way that simply isn't possible in a meeting room.
Beyond the Gorge, Bristol is surrounded by green spaces and outdoor venues that provide flexible options for bespoke team building experiences, whether you're planning a half-day activity or a full corporate away day.

Team Building faqs
How many people can you accommodate in a group?
We can accommodate small and large groups up to 30 participants, with additional instructors added for safety and quality.
Can activities be tailored for different fitness levels?
Yes. Sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all abilities.
Are your activities suitable for corporate groups?
Absolutely. We regularly run team-building days focused on communication, confidence and problem-solving.
What model do we use to facilitate your team working more efficiently?
We use the Belbin Team Roles to help teams work more efficiently. This model identifies the strengths and potential weaknesses of individuals within a team so that roles can be balanced and performance improved.
The model groups team behaviour into nine behavioural clusters (team roles), each contributing differently to effective teamwork:
-
Plant (PL) - Creative and imaginative; generates new ideas and solves difficult problems.
-
Resource Investigator (RI) - Outgoing and enthusiastic; explores opportunities and develops external contacts.
-
Coordinator (CO) - Mature and confident; clarifies goals, delegates tasks, and promotes decision-making.
-
Shaper (SH) - Dynamic and challenging; drives the team forward and thrives under pressure.
-
Monitor Evaluator (ME) - Strategic and discerning; analyses ideas and evaluates options logically.
-
Team worker (TW) - Cooperative and diplomatic; helps the team gel and resolves conflict.
-
Implementer (IMP) - Practical and reliable; turns ideas into workable actions and plans.
-
Completer Finisher (CF) - Detail-focused and conscientious; ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time.
-
Specialist (SP) - Provides in-depth knowledge or technical expertise in a specific area.
By recognising these behavioural clusters, teams can allocate responsibilities according to individual strengths, address potential gaps, and improve overall collaboration and productivity.
