At Up & Under Adventures, we are dedicated to helping experienced climbers take their skills and performance to the next level. With a range of coaching packages to suit your individual requirements, our expert coaches use their wealth of experience to help you achieve your full potential.
Our sport-specific personal trainer can create a custom 12-week training program designed to maximize your performance. We also regularly post coaching articles to our blog, providing invaluable tips and insights to help you improve your approach and reach new heights.
Up & Under Adventures is proud to have a team of experienced and knowledgeable instructors and coaches. Our instructors are members of the British Mountaineering Council (BMC) and the Mountain Training Association (MTA) – which are recognized nationally and internationally as providing the highest standard of mountaineering qualifications.
Our coaches are also members of CIMSPA, the lead professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector. Rest assured that when you choose Up & Under Adventures, you’re choosing experienced, knowledgeable hands to guide you through your adventure.
