Session Times

To help you plan the perfect stag or hen weekend and minimise the risk of disruption due to weather, our outdoor group activities run during the following season:
Summer Season (April - September)

Morning Session: 09:30 - 13:00

Afternoon Session: 13:30 - 17:00

All experiences are weather dependent.
Weather Policy
​
Safety always comes first. If adverse weather conditions make the activity unsafe, participants will be notified at least 72 hours before the experience. Where possible, we’ll offer an alternative location or rescheduled session so your stag or hen plans can still go ahead. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

What’s Included
​
When you book one of our stag and hen outdoor activities, we supply all essential safety equipment free of charge, including:

Climbing helmets (48 - 61cm head size)

Harnesses (52- 104cm waist, 25 - 70cm leg)

Rock shoes (limited availability - please check when booking)
Before your session, we’ll also send a recommended kit list to help you prepare. This usually includes practical items such as warm layers, waterproof clothing, and suitable outdoor wear to keep you comfortable throughout the experience.

£55 per adult climber
10% discount for group bookings over 8 climbers.
Calling all Rock Climbing Instructor (RCI) Trainees; If you have done your training and would like to shadow our sessions, please send us an email and we will send you the available dates for shadowing.
Stag/Hen Activities FAQ
How many people can you accommodate in a group?
We can accommodate small and large groups up to 30 participants, with additional instructors added for safety and quality.
Can activities be tailored for different fitness levels?
Yes. Sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all abilities.

Do we have to pay upfront?
For bookings of 8 or more people, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure the date and staff. The remaining balance can be paid anytime from the initial booking up to two weeks before the booked date. Please note that if the outstanding balance is not paid in full by this time, you may risk losing your booking.
